Q. When can I access my course?
A. Students may access their courses at any time after purchase. Training is available 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.
Q. What Happens if I get stuck?
A. Tech support is available 7 days/week, 365 days/year. Simply visit the support section of your account to contact a firendly support representative.
Q. Do you send me any materials?
A. No. All required course materials can be found within your training account. This includes all applicable forms and resources required to complete your training course.
Q. How do I register my CEU credits with EIC?
A. EIC CEU recommends that engineering professionals register their continuing education achievements in the EIC CEU Registry. Simply indicate to us that you wish it to be done. Please e mail us your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. How do I get my certificate?
A. Upon completion of your training program, a wallet size Training Certificate of completion will be issued to your account immediately. Visit the "Print my Certificates" section of your account to view or print copies of any certificates earned.
Q. What happens if I need to provide an employer or safety authority with my training history?
A. All of your training history is stored within your training account. This includes time spent, course progress, exam scores and questions answered. This data is available for export at any time and is never deleted.
